Hummus
Fluffy, creamy, magic goodness. This hummus is what dreams are made of.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of chickpeas, soaked overnight
⅓ cup lemon juice and zest
¼ cup of chickpea liquid (save after boiled)
¾ cup of GEVOO
1 garlic clove
sweet paprika, salt, and pepper
METHOD:
Boil chickpeas for 45 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy
