Hummus

creamy, fluffy GEVOO hummus

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of chickpeas, soaked overnight 

  • ⅓ cup lemon juice and zest

  • ¼ cup of chickpea liquid (save after boiled)

  • ¾ cup of GEVOO

  • 1 garlic clove

  • sweet paprika, salt, and pepper 


METHOD:

  • Boil chickpeas for 45 minutes

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy

  • Tap into your inner creative when serving. *We garnished with diced onions, chickpeas, olives, and fresh parsley.
