Vegan Banana Pancakes

These gluten-free pancakes will make your littles go bananas!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup organic oatmeal

  • 1 cup nut milk

  • 1 banana

  • Dash of vanilla if you fancy

  • GEVOO


METHOD:

  • Add banana, oatmeal, nut milk, and vanilla to a blender (or food processor) and blend until smooth, pancake-like consistency forms

  • In a medium saucepan with GEVOO, spoon your mixture to form a sliver dollar sized pancake and cover and cook on each side for two minutes until golden brown.

  • Tap into your inner creative and top pancakes with fresh honey and whatever fresh fruits you fancy.
