Vegan Banana Pancakes
These gluten-free pancakes will make your littles go bananas!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup organic oatmeal
1 cup nut milk
1 banana
Dash of vanilla if you fancy
METHOD:
Add banana, oatmeal, nut milk, and vanilla to a blender (or food processor) and blend until smooth, pancake-like consistency forms
In a medium saucepan with GEVOO, spoon your mixture to form a sliver dollar sized pancake and cover and cook on each side for two minutes until golden brown.
Tap into your inner creative and top pancakes with fresh honey and whatever fresh fruits you fancy.
