Longevity Oats

Anything better than starting your morning with a comforting, nutritious bowl of oatmeal? We don’t think so.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of organic oats

  • 3 cups of nut milk

  • Almonds, chopped

  • Pistachios, chopped

  • Fresh blueberries and strawberries


METHOD:

  • In a medium saucepan, bring nut milk to a boil and add oatmeal with a dash of sea salt. Stir occasionally.

  • Next, power it up with a variety of toppings, including: banana, blueberries, raspberries, almonds, sunflower seeds, bee pollen, cinnamon, flaxseed, and honey. (We like using vertical lines to create a beautiful presentation)
