Power Greens Roll

90% kale, 10% egg, 100% delish.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch of fresh kale, chopped

  • 1-2 eggs, whipped well

  • Hot sauce, we use Yellow Bird (optional)

  • Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2-3 lettuce heads for wrapping

  • GEVOO


METHOD:

  • In a medium saucepan, sautè kale in GEVOO. Carefully distribute beaten eggs to coat around the pan. Let cook.

  • Double flip onto a dish and place back to pan to cook for a couple minutes

  • Once cooked, place egg wrap on a dish and drizzle hot sauce, add halved cherry tomatoes, and begin to roll

  • Place on a leaf of lettuce and serve with whatever veggies you fancy
