Fancy Peasant Omlette

INGREDIENTS:

  • Potatoes

  • Eggs

  • Peppers

  • Liquid Gold GEVOO ;)


METHOD:

  • Boil potatoes in heavily salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • In a medium saucepan, sauté potatoes and peppers in GEVOO

  • Add beaten eggs to the saucepan and cook until eggs are puffed up so that you can easily glide a spatula underneath without breaking.

  • Double flip the omelet onto a dish (practice over a sink) and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  • Serve with Orange Juice!
