Fancy Peasant Omlette
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes
Eggs
Peppers
Liquid Gold GEVOO ;)
METHOD:
Boil potatoes in heavily salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, sauté potatoes and peppers in GEVOO
Add beaten eggs to the saucepan and cook until eggs are puffed up so that you can easily glide a spatula underneath without breaking.
Double flip the omelet onto a dish (practice over a sink) and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with Orange Juice!
