Greek Green Beans
INGREDIENTS:
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Garlic cloves, Minced
2 Big Carrots, Sliced
1 lb of Green Beans
2 potatoes
2 cups of tomato sauce
Plenty of Salt and Pepper
GEVOO
2 Bay Leaves
3 cups of Boiling Water
METHOD:
Cook down Onion, Garlic, and Carrots in GEVOO until soft and aromatic
Add Green Beans and Potatoes, Stir
Add Tomato Sauce, Salt, and Pepper, Stir
Add Bay Leaves and Boiling Water, Cover and cook for 30 minutes
