Greek Green Beans

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Onion, Chopped

  • 2 Garlic cloves, Minced

  • 2 Big Carrots, Sliced

  • 1 lb of Green Beans

  • 2 potatoes

  • 2 cups of tomato sauce

  • Plenty of Salt and Pepper

  • GEVOO

  • 2 Bay Leaves

  • 3 cups of Boiling Water


METHOD: 

  • Cook down Onion, Garlic, and Carrots in GEVOO until soft and aromatic

  • Add Green Beans and Potatoes, Stir

  • Add Tomato Sauce, Salt, and Pepper, Stir

  • Add Bay Leaves and Boiling Water, Cover and cook for 30 minutes

  • Enjoy!
