Greek Green Falafel

My Go-To

INGREDIENTS:

For Falafel

1 Cup of Dried Chickpeas

Flatleaf Parsley

1 Onion

Salt, Pepper, and Paprika

Liquid Gold GEVOO

For Serving

Tomato

Cucumber

Scallion

Dill and More Parsley!

Lettuce


METHOD:

  • Soak beans overnight

  • Put Chickpeas, Onion, Flat-leaf Parsley, Salt Pepper, and Paprika in Food Processor

  • Make falafels by rolling the mixture into a ball

  • Heat GEVOO in a pan, and place falafels in, cook until golden brown on the bottom and flip

  • Serve with Wild herb sauce and tahini!
