Lemon Yogurt Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 7 ounces of 5% Greek natural strained yogurt 

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Teaspoon of fresh or dried dill 


METHOD:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Garnish with a splash of GEVOO.

  3. Serve as dip or on top of our Beet Kefté.

    *Sauce can be made ahead. Cover and chill.
